By using prowashdetail.net or any of the services offered by Hand Car Wash & Car Detail ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.
We offer hand car wash, auto detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, mobile detail, and snow removal services across 5 DMV locations: Capitol Heights, Clinton, Bowie, Upper Marlboro, and Washington DC. Service hours, pricing, and packages are as posted on prowashdetail.net at the time of your visit.
Posted prices are starting prices. Final price depends on vehicle size, condition, and selected options. Heavy soiling, pet hair, biohazards, paint correction, oversized vehicles (XL trucks, vans), or unusual stains may incur an upcharge. We will quote the upcharge before performing the additional work.
Detail appointments can be booked online at /book.html through our scheduling provider. Car wash is walk-in only, no appointment needed. Window tinting is bookable online via the tinting page.
To cancel or reschedule, give us at least 24 hours notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
Mobile detail and mobile wash services include a $50 dispatch fee added to the package price. Mobile service requires a safe, level work area with access to water and electricity unless otherwise arranged.
Please remove all personal items, valuables, electronics, and important documents from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Inspect your vehicle before paying; report any concerns to a manager on-site.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket modifications, or items that are loose or improperly secured. We will note visible pre-existing damage on the work order.
Window Tinting: Lifetime warranty against peeling, bubbling, fading, and discoloration of the film, for the original vehicle owner. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, abrasion, improper cleaning, or aftermarket additions.
Ceramic Coating: Coverage period (1 year, 3 year, or 5+ year) per the package selected. Warranty requires regular maintenance per the aftercare guidelines we provide. Damage from accidents, automatic brush washes, harsh chemicals, or heavy mechanical wear voids the warranty.
Detail Packages: If you are not satisfied with a detail at the time of pickup, let us know on the spot and we will make it right. We do not offer refunds after the vehicle has left the lot.
Loyalty stamps are tracked digitally via our loyalty provider. After 8 stamps, the next wash is free at any of our 5 locations. Stamps are non-transferable and have no cash value. Birthday Club members receive one complimentary car wash during their birthday month, redeemable at any location with valid ID.
Online booking is provided through Acuity Scheduling. Submitting an appointment request through Acuity creates a binding appointment, subject to the cancellation policy above. We may decline an appointment for any reason, including capacity, vehicle suitability, or condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You may use prowashdetail.net for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to scrape, copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the site or its content. Brand names, logos, photographs, and copy on prowashdetail.net are the property of Hand Car Wash & Car Detail or our licensors.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and announced on the homepage for at least 30 days. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.
